Reiki at East Coast Apothecary

Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy practice that supports relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. During a Reiki session, the practitioner works with light touch or hands-off techniques to encourage the body’s natural capacity to return toward equilibrium.

For those who are not local, we also offer distance Reiki sessions conducted during a scheduled appointment time. Distance sessions are approached with the same care, intention, and respect as in-person work, allowing clients to receive support from the comfort of their own space.

Our Practitioners & Perspective

East Coast Apothecary is led by a mother - daughter team who bring both intuitive sensitivity and grounded life experience into their work.

Christie is a certified Traditional Usui Reiki Master with a trauma-informed approach, shaped by years as an educator, her experience as a cancer survivor, and her belief that healing happens best when people feel safe and unpressured.

Becca brings her background as a Registered Nurse together with her intuitive abilities, offering insight - based sessions that honor both emotional and spiritual dimensions of healing while remaining grounded and compassionate.

Intuitive Energy Work & Insight

In addition to Reiki, we offer intuitive sessions that focus on reflection, clarity, and personal insight. These sessions may include intuitive impressions, card - based guidance, or spiritual reflection, depending on the service selected.
