Christie is a certified Usui Reiki Master Teacher and Certified Aromatherapist with over 150 hours of Reiki training. Her work blends traditional Reiki with intuitive guidance to support emotional balance, nervous system regulation, and deep relaxation.

Sessions are grounding, client-led, and tailored to each individual—guided by a trauma-informed approach that centers choice, autonomy, and emotional safety.

Beyond the studio, she is a military spouse, mother of two, and cancer survivor. These experiences inform a practice rooted in resilience, empathy, and helping others feel safe, seen, and supported.

Becca is a Registered Nurse and DAISY Award recipient with over 10 years of nursing experience. Her background in healthcare continues to shape the grounded, compassionate way she approaches her intuitive and spiritual work.
