In-person sessions take place in a quiet, private studio space in Burke, VA. Online sessions are also available via Zoom.

Each session begins with a short conversation about where you are — physically, emotionally, and energetically. You’ll remain fully clothed and can relax on a Reiki table or seated in a chair — whatever feels most comfortable for you.
From there, Christie works with light touch or hovering hands (based on your comfort) to support grounding, clarity, balance, and nervous system settling.
The session closes with a brief reflection and optional intuitive insights.
