What Makes Our Sound Baths Different?
Unlike a traditional group sound bath, your session is completely private and designed around you. Singing bowls and other instruments are positioned throughout our Burke studio to create an immersive sound experience around you.
You'll settle comfortably onto a padded Reiki table while Christie begins with Reiki and Becca plays live sound throughout the room, quietly moving around you so the sound can be experienced from different directions. As the session continues, Christie joins in with additional instruments, surrounding you with changing layers of live sound.
There is nothing you need to do, follow, or achieve. Simply get comfortable and experience the session as it unfolds.

What to Expect During Your Session
01 — Settle In
Your session begins with a quiet opportunity to set a personal intention before getting comfortable on a padded Reiki table. You may also choose a lavender-scented warming eye mask or weighted eye pillow — both completely optional.
02 — Reiki + Live Sound
Christie begins Reiki while Becca creates the sound bath live, using crystal singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and other instruments positioned throughout the room. Becca moves quietly through the space, allowing the sound to reach you from different directions rather than from a single point in the room.
03 — Surrounded by Sound
As the session continues, Christie joins Becca with additional instruments, creating changing layers of live sound from different areas of the room. With sound surrounding you from multiple directions, the experience becomes increasingly immersive as the session unfolds.
04 — A Quiet Close
Rather than ending with Reiki notes or discussion, you'll have a few peaceful moments to simply remain on the table as the experience comes to a close. Before leaving, you're welcome to enjoy warm herbal tea or cool Reiki-infused water.

Our 7:30 PM session is held by candlelight for an especially warm, peaceful atmosphere.
