Join us each month for a gentle online guided meditation created to help you slow down, quiet your mind, and reconnect with yourself in a calm, supportive space.

 

Whether you're new to meditation or have an established practice, this gathering is designed to be accessible and welcoming. There is no right or wrong way to meditate. Simply find a comfortable place to sit or lie down, settle in with a blanket if you'd like, and allow yourself to be guided.

 

Each month features a unique meditation inspired by the season and the natural rhythm of the Full Moon. Rather than focusing on astrology, these gatherings offer an opportunity to pause, release what no longer serves you, and create space for greater peace, clarity, and grounding.

 

During our time together, Becca & Christie will gently guide you through breathwork, relaxation, visualization, and quiet moments of stillness designed to calm the nervous system and encourage deep rest. Soft background music may accompany portions of the meditation, creating a peaceful and immersive experience.

 

This is a quiet, restorative gathering with no pressure to share. You're welcome to simply receive the experience in whatever way feels most supportive for you.
