Reiki (In-Person)

Session Description

This in-person session offers gentle support during times of stress, transition, emotional heaviness, or when something just feels “off.” If your mind feels busy and your body feels tired or uncomfortable in a way rest doesn’t fix, this session helps you reset, ground, and breathe easier. What to Expect You may receive your session seated in a chair or lying comfortably on the table — fully clothed and fully supported. Christie works intuitively using gentle hands-on or hands-off touch, crystal support, and subtle energetic clearing based on what your system needs that day. Each session is quiet, unforced, and guided by your system. This may support: • stress & emotional overload • mental fatigue & racing thoughts • burnout & nervous system exhaustion • pain, tension & physical discomfort • feeling heavy, disconnected, or off-center • emotional processing & grounding People often notice: • their breath returning • heaviness lifting • warmth, tingles, or gentle waves of sensation • reduced tension or physical ease • feeling more grounded and centered You do not need prior experience with Reiki — and you do not need to believe in anything specific for this session to be effective. Many first-time clients are surprised by how deeply calming and supportive it feels. There is no right or wrong way to receive. No experience needed — just come as you are.
