Service Description
For those who prefer a tangible gift, physical East Coast Apothecary gift certificates are available for in-person purchase and pickup by appointment. Because we are a working wellness studio without a front desk, all physical gift card purchases must be scheduled in advance so sessions are not interrupted. How it works: - Book a complimentary Gift Card Purchase & Pickup appointment - Choose your preferred amount at the time of your visit - Payment is completed in person - Your gift certificate is created at pickup — nothing is prepared in advance If you’d like instant delivery with no scheduling required, digital gift cards are available 24/7 and can be emailed directly to you or your recipient using eCard. 🔔 Important Studio Note Gift card pickup is available by appointment only. We do not have a receptionist and cannot accommodate walk-in purchases during sessions.
Cancellation Policy
Gift certificates are valid for all East Coast Apothecary services unless otherwise specified. Certificates may be purchased as eGift cards, mailed paper certificates, or in-person pickup. Redemption Gift certificates can be redeemed when booking online or by emailing/texting to schedule. Please present the certificate code at the time of booking. Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase products (Etsy or in-person retail), only services. Expiration All gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired certificates cannot be redeemed. Transferability Gift certificates are transferable. If the original recipient cannot use it, they may gift it to someone else. Please notify ECA before the appointment if someone other than the original recipient will be redeeming it. Refunds & Exchanges Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Lost or damaged physical certificates may be reissued only with proof of purchase. Appointments & Cancellations All appointments booked with a gift certificate follow the standard ECA cancellation policy. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiting the certificate value.
