November brings the beginning of a familiar shift. Thanksgiving plans are taking shape, holiday shopping lists are growing, and family gatherings and seasonal expectations are starting to fill our calendars. Even the things we look forward to can sometimes leave us feeling a little stretched.

This month's Reiki Circle is an opportunity to find your footing before the season picks up speed. Together, we'll reflect on the expectations we carry, where our energy is going, and how we can create a little more breathing room for ourselves in the weeks ahead.

The holidays don't have to be perfect, and you don't have to say yes to everything. Come as you are, take a breath, and give yourself permission to move into the season with a little more calm, clarity, and intention.

Your $10 registration includes more than access to the live gathering.

Every registered participant receives the full recording and can return to the Reiki portion as often as they'd like throughout the month.

​

You might come back to it after a stressful day, use it as a quiet reset before bed, make it part of your weekly self-care, or even receive the Reiki daily if that feels supportive.

You don't need to attend live to receive. Reiki isn't limited by time or distance, so you can intentionally receive the Reiki through the recording whenever it works for you.

Unlike a large online webinar, this gathering is intentionally kept small so it can remain personal, conversational, and supportive.

Everyone has space to be seen, heard, and supported, and after the formal gathering concludes, live attendees are welcome to stay for relaxed conversation and open Q&A.
