What is Reiki?
Reiki is a calming, hands-on (or hands-above) holistic energy healing technique that supports the body’s natural ability to relax and restore. During a session, energy flows through light touch or gentle hovering to encourage balance and release across the body, mind, and emotional system.
People often describe feeling more grounded, peaceful, clear, and emotionally settled — both during and after their session.

How a Session Works
Each session begins with a short conversation about where you are — physically, emotionally, and energetically. You’ll remain fully clothed and relax on a Reiki table, or seated in a chair.
From there, Christie works with light touch or hovering hands to support grounding, clarity, balance, and nervous system settling.
The session closes with a brief reflection and optional intuitive insights.
