This 90-minute session clears lingering emotional residue from previous owners or difficult life chapters (grief, divorce, illness, financial stress) and energetically refreshes the home so it feels open, peaceful, and ready for its next chapter. We use Reiki-based space clearing, intuitive energy assessment and space clearing, sound, and crystal tools to help the property show its best self — calm, welcoming, and energetically neutral. Light smoke (such as burning sage, palo santo, or incense) is preferred but can be omitted if the home is occupied. Smoke free and pet safe options available. This allows us to review the home’s needs, confirm access details, and schedule the on-site session.
