Reiki Energy Healing (Online)

Session Description

Receive your Reiki session live through Zoom from the comfort of your own home. Distance Reiki is offered live, allowing us to connect while you remain in a space where you already feel safe and comfortable. Whether in person or online, the goal is the same: helping your body and nervous system settle while creating space for calm, clarity, grounding, and energetic balance. If your mind feels busy and your body feels tired, tense, overwhelmed, or uncomfortable in a way rest does not fully fix, Reiki can offer a gentle reset. What to Expect Before your session, you'll receive a Zoom link by email. At your appointment time, we'll briefly connect, discuss how you're feeling, and set an intention if you'd like. Most clients choose to relax in bed, on a couch, or in a comfortable chair in a quiet space where they won't be interrupted. You'll remain fully clothed and can use a blanket, pillow, eye mask, or anything else that helps you feel supported. Once you're settled, Christie works intuitively using distance Reiki, along with subtle energetic clearing and optional crystal support, guided by what your system needs that day. Each session is quiet, unforced, and guided by your system. Gentle intuitive impressions may also come through, though the focus remains on the energy work itself. Most sessions are deeply relaxing. If something comes up during the session, you're welcome to briefly share it or simply notice it internally. A 90-minute Extended Session is also available for those who'd like additional time to settle more deeply into the experience.
