Cancellation Policy

At East Coast Apothecary, we value your time and energy, and we ask the same in return. To ensure fairness to all clients, we have the following policies in place: 🔹 Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of your scheduled session will result in a $75 cancellation fee. This policy is in place out of respect for both your time and ours, as last-minute cancellations and no-shows prevent others from booking that time slot. Thank you for understanding and honoring this policy!
