Cancellation Policy
Scheduling & Cancellation Policy At East Coast Apothecary, each session is reserved especially for you. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we appreciate clear communication whenever possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please reach out as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled session may be subject to a $25 fee. Appointments missed without notice will be charged the full session amount. These policies allow us to hold space with care while keeping availability fair for all clients. If you’re unsure about timing or need help with a change, you’re always welcome to reach out.
