Introducing the January Energy Reset Circle. A restorative group gathering designed to begin the year without pressure or self-fixing energy — no resolutions, no reinvention, no “new year, new you.” Just a gentle return to your own wisdom. To what’s already working. To who you already are. Together, we’ll explore: ✨ Grounding meditation ✨ Sound bath + relaxation ✨ Group Reiki healing ✨ Oracle pull for collective insight ✨ Gentle reflection This will be an intimate event, limited to just eight participants, centered on rest, clarity, and gentle grounding — not performance or improvement. No prior experience is needed — just come as you are. Date: January 11, 2026 Time: 2:00–3:30pm (90-minute experience) Location: East Coast Apothecary Studio ✨Early registration: $45 if you reserve your spot by January 3rd. $60 after January 3rd. Space is intentionally limited to keep the circle intimate. If this feels like the right way to begin your year — a soft start, a quiet return — we would be honored to share this space with you.

Scheduling & Cancellation Policy At East Coast Apothecary, each session is reserved especially for you. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we appreciate clear communication whenever possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please reach out as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled session may be subject to a $25 fee. Appointments missed without notice will be charged the full session amount. These policies allow us to hold space with care while keeping availability fair for all clients. If you’re unsure about timing or need help with a change, you’re always welcome to reach out.
