Introductory Reiki Session – 90 Minutes

Service Description

This 90-minute session is designed as a gentle and grounding introduction to Reiki and intuitive healing. If you're brand new to energy work, this session gives you the space and time to ease in, explore, and receive at your own pace. What to Expect: 🔹 Welcome & Intention Setting (20–25 min) We begin with a relaxed, supportive conversation where you'll share what drew you to Reiki and any physical, emotional, or spiritual themes you’re currently navigating. Together, we’ll co-create a healing intention to guide your session — whether it’s releasing stress, reconnecting with yourself, or inviting clarity and peace. 🔹 Reiki Healing Session (45 min) You’ll be invited to lie comfortably (fully clothed) on the Reiki table while healing energy is gently directed through light touch or just above the body. The energy flows where it’s needed most, promoting deep relaxation, energetic clearing, and subtle realignment. Each session is unique and may involve chakra balancing, intuitive impressions, and integration of crystals or sound healing (as guided). 🔹 Integration & Insight (15–20 min) After the energy work, we’ll take time to discuss anything you felt or experienced during the session. I’ll also share any intuitive impressions, messages, or guidance that arose during your healing. This space is for reflection, insight, and grounding—so you leave not only feeling lighter but more connected to your inner wisdom.
