30-minute session | One focus area | Gentle clinical energy support This focused Healing Touch session is designed to support physical recovery by gently working with the body’s energy system, an evidence-based approach used in hospitals, clinics, and wellness centers around the world. Led by Becca, a Level 4 Certified Healing Touch Practitioner and Registered Nurse, this 30-minute session offers 20 minutes of light, intentional touch over one targeted area of concern. Whether you’re recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, navigating injury recovery, or simply in need of localized support, Healing Touch offers a safe, non-invasive complement to traditional medical care. Healing Touch is practiced in healthcare settings across the country and recognized as an effective adjunct to medical treatment. It supports the body's natural healing response, calms the nervous system, and may help reduce pain. Clients often report feeling more physically at ease following even short sessions. This session is ideal if you're: • Recovering from surgery or medical treatment • Experiencing pain or tension in a specific area (shoulder, low back, jaw, etc.) • Managing chronic symptoms such as inflammation or headaches • Curious about energy work but not quite ready for a full Reiki session This is not a full-body or intuitive healing session—it is streamlined, intentional, and medically informed. While both Reiki and Healing Touch work with the body’s energy field, this session focuses on one area and draws from clinical training, making it a more familiar path for those new to energy therapies. Please note: Clients remain fully clothed. This session does not replace medical care but is intended to support and enhance your current treatment plan.
